Daisy Nyawira is Kenya's leading African childhood trauma specialist and counselling psychologist — whose work sits at the intersection of clinical psychology and the lived experience of African womanhood.
She is known for making complex psychological truths feel like a conversation — warm, intelligent, and deeply rooted in the realities of African family systems. She is the founder of Tata's Wellness Centre and the creator of Silent Scars.
